Maintenance South West Limited was incorporated on 24^th June 2001.

Our Directors have worked for some of the Southwest’s largest construction and maintenance/facility companies, providing construction and building maintenance expertise for some of Great Britain’s premiere companies.


	Our tradesmen are all time served operatives, fully experienced in their field of work. MSW LTD is VAT registered and at the present time have a CIS4 provision MSW Ltd is accredited members of SAFE contractor. A Health & Safety accreditation scheme for construction and building related companies and also members of the Federation of Master Builders FMB.
